First of all, it has a strong smoky scent reminiscent of bonito flakes. After that, you can feel the roundness and richness of animal flavor. You can drink as much as you want. 【noodles】 Slightly thin and straight with a soft aroma of brine and barley. Slightly low hydration. It feels like there's a lot of it and I feel satisfied. It's not a particularly low-hydration dish, so you'll end up getting a little tired of the soup after a while. In any case, these noodles go well with light soups. [Ingredients] First of all, the chashu is delicious. The rather thickly sliced chashu pork was Torontoron, and it was a wonder how they managed to put it on the ramen without falling apart. The taste is excellent, and the flavor of the pork exceeds the K point, making your brain juices come out. The flavor is just right. Green onions are interesting. It's extremely rare, super-chopped, and has a delicious aroma. It sharpens the flavor that tends to be monotonous when it comes to light flavors. The difficult part here is fried green onions. I thought it would be okay to include such a jabber horse, but at first I thought it was a nice accent. However, as it gradually soaked into the soup, the aroma of green onions killed the smokiness of the bonito, and the soup had a monotonous taste. Personally, I think it would be better to leave out the fried green onions next time. The ones that look like komatsuna are cooked well and are delicious. The design is stylish and makes the ramen here stand out. Menma was not particularly impressive. [A set] 320 yen Weekday lunch-only set. A set of small rice and two large gyoza. Looking back on it, it seemed like the rice in this set was just changed to a chashu bowl, so I regret that I should have gone with set B. The dumplings are quite big and seem to be good value for money. As for the gyoza itself, I think it's a good one, like the classic Utsunomiya gyoza with garlic and ginger. I don't feel any major characteristics. I think it's a little more delicious than Masashi, but I don't think it can surpass the boundaries of Utsunomiya gyoza. The good thing about it was the chili oil, and the strong Chinese-flavored chili oil made it stand out a bit. Does it have star anise as a secret ingredient? It's looking good. [Overview] It was a good quality ramen. It's amazing that it has become such a popular restaurant even though the location is not the best. I don't care, but this place is not a ticket vending machine type, but a final checkout type. Probably cash only. Next time I would like to try the char siu bowl.
I went there for lunch on the go. There were group customers, one person, and 5.6 groups ahead of each other, but the atmosphere was generally quiet. Top with all the salt. The soup was rich and the soup stock was effective and delicious, and it was a good match with the ultra-thin noodles. Also, the char siu was salty and it was a taste that I personally liked. It was a good meal with a well-balanced taste and presentation that was visually appealing. The store clerk was also moving quickly and I was able to get a good feeling.
I mainly get salt (soy sauce is also delicious) I think it's a wonderful soup that's refreshing yet full-bodied, elegant yet punchy. Noodles match with quite thin noodles There are a lot of chopped onions, but I put them aside and eat them with the soup as an ingredient. The char siu is delicious, and the wontons are also delicious. However, dumplings are super delicious! I feel like it's upward compatible with gyoza dumplings from ma*shi I think it will be conveyed to those who can convey it
