Noodles and Shimizu have been on my mind for a while! I ate the summer-only noodles, which came with a side dish of delicious and spicy cold tsukemen. The sweet sesame-flavored dipping sauce and firm noodles are perfect for hot days! It doesn't taste too spicy, so even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy it. For a side dish, I left a little bit of the toppings and served it with rice for dipping sauce, and it was cold and delicious until the end! The Shimizu soy sauce ramen that my wife ordered was light, but the soup stock and soy sauce really made it taste delicious! I'm not sure if it's only available for weekday lunch, but you can enjoy small bowls and almond tofu for free. We moved the lunch time a bit, but even on weekdays there were 4 groups waiting to be seated, and it's a popular restaurant with more and more people coming in and giving up and leaving after seeing the line, so I think it's a good idea to leave plenty of time for your visit. Next time I will definitely eat Tsukemen! !
