The owner is very friendly and polite! The noodles are slightly thin and match the soup that is not too rich! Dumplings are handmade and must be repeated. There are plenty of drinks to accompany you, so you can enjoy it like an izakaya. The store is spacious, so I think I can do it slowly and cheerfully.

My recommendation is the Hanamiso Ramen. Miso ramen already contains butter, corn, and flavored eggs, which are nice to have, so even children who like miso ramen will love it. Half sizes are also available for those who require a large amount.

I had miso ramen and fried gyoza. The miso ramen went so well with the rich soup and noodles that I devoured it in one go. The fried dumplings had a homely and gentle taste that allowed you to feel the texture of the ingredients.
