More Comments at Google MapI don't know how it is now, but it's a famous restaurant that was always ranked number one in Utsunomiya. Visited at 11:30 on Sunday. I ordered the salt ramen with ayu salt ramen for a limited time and the classic sea bream onion. There is no parking lot. On Saturdays and Sundays, you can park your car for free at the nearby Utsunomiya City Hall parking lot. Noodles are thin noodles, yellow Chinese curly noodles, hard boiled. For first-time customers, the master will introduce recommended menus and give advice on how to eat. Anyway, the soup is a masterpiece. I drank up the juice in no time. The atmosphere is 3 because the toilet is old and disappointing.
Golden sea bream ramen. It's still incredibly delicious. It's no wonder it's in the Hall of Fame, but I was lucky that it wasn't too crowded on Sunday afternoon when I visited. The rich yet refreshing sea bream soup is exquisite. The more you chew the char siu, the more the flavor of the meat comes out, making it elegant and delicate. The green onions are also soft, making it a stylish dish to eat in the style of Negi Soba, a specialty of Ouchi-juku in Fukushima Prefecture. Both the couple have gentle customer service and a heartwarming atmosphere, and there are no flaws. Everything was perfect. I want it to continue forever.
Every year when the heat hits, I miss Doruya's cold sea bream ramen. I visited the store again this year in search of coolness. The soup is chilled in the refrigerator and is kinkin, but you can feel the umami of the sea bream. The soup, white bijin green onions from Nasu, char siu and noodles are exquisitely combined, and the taste is the best... and it cools you down to the core. This year, cold soy sauce and salt ramen will be available depending on the day, but both are limited menus, so hurry up.
