Owners are chinese. Was struggling with the Jap only menu when suddenly she spoke chinese to us. Staffs very friendly. All orders are made to order even their wontons. The wontons ramen is their signature. Ramen with slices of pork and wontons. The soup is very flavourful. I'd guess its shoyu based. The noodles are el dente and has a nice chew. Wonton skin is very thin n soft. Wish there were more meat and less skin. The pan fried gyoza is also very. Plump and juicy and if you are not careful, the gyoza squirts! Over a very nice place to dine.

I chose wontanmen (heavy type) with medium-thick noodles for 900 yen. First, take a sip of the soup 😋 The rich soy sauce soup and the taste of the dashi (dried bonito flakes?) are delicious 😃 The noodles have a chewy texture and go well with the soup 🎵I think the backfat is a good accent. ❗️ I'm happy that there are a lot of wontons that are just the right size. I am very satisfied with the taste that I do not get tired of! ️ It was delicious without changing the taste on the way! ️ Everyone has different tastes, but personally, it was the most delicious 🎵 Thank you for the meal 😋

It's always soy sauce ramen, so I ordered salt ramen for the first time and it was also delicious. Adding pepper changed the taste and made it even better.
