Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan｜麺 Collekiyo'

This is a must try if you are in Utsunomiya. The soup is thick, rich and very flavorful. Choice of shio or shoyo base. Both are excellent. Broth is creamy and sticky of rich collagen. Noodles are cooked just right hardness with a good chew. Have to beware though some times they dont open for lunch. Have to take note of opening days specified on the shop. But usually dinner service starts daily after 6pm. Expect crowd if you are late as there is only around 10 bar seats. Queue can always be seen. Tsukemen is also a must try!

Great meaty gyoza and even better ramen. Highly recommend
