The style is to wait in line after buying a meal ticket. The ticket for the special shijimi soba was sold out, so I had the shijimi soba with an ajitama plus an egg!

I've been admiring it for a while, and this is my first time visiting♪ It opened soon on Saturday, but there were several people waiting. In such a situation, I visited with 3 children and 2 adults... I was prepared to have to wait a bit, but I was very impressed when they quickly set up counter seats for me and even served jelly for small children... I asked, ``Would you like to remove any of the ingredients, such as oyster mushrooms and onions?'', but I asked for all of them. It was a great answer. It was a truly beautiful cup, with a good balance of taste and appearance. I chose salt. It had rock seaweed on it, and it was so delicious it was the best. I was so moved that I wanted it to be on the front page. Next time I visit, I will definitely choose additional toppings if possible. There was a panel in the store that listed the effects and benefits of freshwater clams, and I was able to learn about them. On the way home, the owner waved to our kids, and it was a truly heartwarming day. Thank you for the meal!
