Third visit This store was invited by Motegi Town and opened at the end of 2021, and is a franchise store of Ryusuke Tsuchiura. It may be quite expensive if you think of it as Mogi Town. I received Ryusuke Tsuke Soba Naka (300g). The noodles and dipping sauce are both extremely delicious. The staff is attentive and will ask if you want to reheat the soup. The first time I came, I had the local chicken soba with salt, and the soup was extremely delicious, but the noodles weren't very tasty and didn't go well with the soup. I thought that medium-thick curly noodles or handmade noodles would be quite delicious.
