More Comments at Google MapI had a meal at Mr. Aikawa, who was introduced to me. Since it was my first time, I chose the soy sauce flavor of Chinese soba. At ramen shops, the soup is usually pork bone, but the soy sauce was not persistent and it was very delicious. Noodles are straight noodles that are neither too thick nor too thin. When I visit again, I will order a different menu.
I go there regularly. Since there will be some leftover mapo noodles at the end of the mapo noodles, we recommend ordering rice and eating them as a mapo bowl. We recommend the char siu noodles as you can enjoy three types of char siu. Yuzu salt and soy sauce are recommended.
I stopped by on my way home from New Year's visit to Kasama Inari Shrine. The main shop is soy sauce ramen with chi oil. I ordered the special shoyu ramen (1,250 yen) and my wife ordered the shoyu ramen (850 yen) and 2 pieces of shumai (250 yen). The noodles are straight, and the special ingredients are 3 types of char siu (pork belly, grilled, and chicken char siu), a flavored boiled egg, bamboo shoots, and 2 shrimp wontons. The balance with the soup was good and the level was high. My wife's side order Shumai was also meaty and delicious. It is a shop that you want to repeat.
