I stopped by just past their 2pm closing time, but the owner was kind enough to stay open a while longer for me. The ramen noodles are hand made (not so common these days!) with a nice texture, and the soup was very flavourful, but not overly salty or heavy. You could tell the that there was some effort put into the soup.

There was a match at a nearby tournament and I visited in between. This is a popular restaurant with customers waiting even after 1:00 p.m. The amount of noodles is small. I ordered a large portion, but I couldn't resist and ordered a replacement. It's good that Kaiware is on board as a replacement ball. We recommend that you write your name on the waiting list when you enter the store, even if there are no other customers waiting.
