The shop has a stylish appearance that makes it hard to believe that it is a ramen shop. At first glance, it looked like a cafe or an Italian restaurant. The parking lot is for several cars in front of the store, and it seems OK to park away when the car is full. There are 4 counter seats and 4 table seats inside? It seems to be difficult to handle many customers because it is small. There was a sign in the store that said, "It takes time from ordering to serving", so it may not be recommended for impatient people. A handwritten menu with sincerity. Double soup of bonito + chicken *Salt only There are also tsukemen, dumplings, and salads that are rare in ramen. This time is recommended for first-timers I ordered the nidaime soy sauce ramen (800 yen) and 6 gyoza dumplings (480 yen). To tell you the truth, I wanted to order char siu noodles, but since there are 6 gyoza dumplings, I had to give up on calorie adjustment. I decided to save this for next time. About 15 minutes to wait from ordering. Ramen came first. Gyoza arrived in about 5 minutes to send. The ramen is served in pure white bowls that give off a sense of elegance. Combined with the clear color of the soup, ramen, which is a friend of the common people, leaps to high-class cuisine at once. The yuzu and mitsuba garnishes are also good. It looks beautiful as does the scent. It's a waste to eat. The soup is not greasy, and the flavors of the dried sardines and chicken are perfectly balanced. The noodles are thin and straight, and the nice thing is that you can't adjust the hardness of the noodles when you order. Personally, I thought it would be better if it was a little stiffer.
