It's a family style ramen soup, and I personally find it super delicious! I felt that! I had the special ramen (cabbage topping) and half fried rice. The special ramen is fatty, and the others are normal. First, the soup. ! ! ! Although the pork bones were relatively rich, there was no bitterness that comes from using too much stock, and the soup was drinkable! The noodles are medium-thick, straight, and short, making them compact and easy to slurp. In addition to the extra cabbage, the ingredients on top include spinach, 3 large slices of char siu, 5 pieces of seaweed, and ajitama. Personally, I don't really like quail eggs, so I prefer plain eggs. The chashu was crispy and easy to eat. The half-fried rice has quite a bit of spice (perhaps pepper?), so be careful if you're bringing children with you.

*2021/07/25 Changed from ☆3 to ☆5 Since the pre-opening, I really wanted to eat Iekei, but I thought it would be too late to go to Utsunomiya, so I entered the store with no luck. As a result (in a good way) it was different from the pre-opening. The temperature of the soup has risen beyond comparison, and the taste of the strangely salty soup has become a thing that makes use of the sweetness of the tonkotsu system. I thought I would come back to this in the near future. ・ ・ ・ ---old review starts here--- Visit once immediately after the pre-opening and again after the main opening. As of 2/27, some menus are still not open. It is a family ramen with a little soy sauce, and if you compare it near Nikko, it feels salty compared to Utsunomiya Shoten, the closest family ramen so far. This can be said for the whole family, but the soup is especially lukewarm here. Compared to the 〇〇〇 store, the impression is that the noodles tend to be warmer because the noodles are not hot. The fried chicken is large in size for the price and has a response. However, it is also a little salty. Regarding the taste of the ramen itself, for better or worse, it gives the impression of being a ``familiar family ramen chain'', so it's the staff who feel the problem. The thing that bothered me the most was that while I was choosing at the ticket vending machine at the entrance, the clerk standing nearby kept ticking his ballpoint pen. It's like it's telling you to choose quickly, it's ticking, ticking, ticking. There were many small mistakes, such as forgetting to take out the onion container even after sitting down, or forgetting to provide the lotus root at the next seat. The basic customer service attitude itself is not bad, so maybe it will improve if you get used to the operation? I have hope. I wonder if there is no big dissatisfaction if you can provide it a little hotter later.

People who don't know their family lineage should not come. Recommended for people who like Kotteri and G-kei!
