Sakura, Tochigi, Japan｜Miyakoya Sakura

One of the few places I've found in Japan that sell Ramen which doesn't contain meat. I love their experiments with taste. Most notable are Basil Ramen, and Margarita Ramen. The menu keeps changing so they may not be available all the time. I occasionally enjoy the Gyoza/dumpling here as well. The staff is quite friendly, the atmosphere is warm and cosy, especially during winters. There is ample parking available, and is also walking distance from Ujiie Station. Pocket friendly too I recommend!

Rich Tsukemen (960 yen) Because it's stone-grilled, it stays piping hot until the end. The noodles were thick and smooth and filling. It costs a container fee, but I would like to use it because it seems like they also do takeout.

I received Wakadaisho Tsukemen. I was very satisfied with the back oil, fish powder soy sauce dipping sauce with 2x garlic, and the noodles with 2x vegetables, garlic, flavored eggs, chopped grilled pork, and large soft menma!
