I went on a holiday around 2:30pm. There aren't many ramen shops that are open after 2:30 pm, so I found this one through a map search. Although the peak time had passed, there were two groups waiting in front of the store. I waited outside the store for about 15 minutes and then went inside. Since the name of the restaurant is Negikko and it was listed in the recommendations, I ordered Negi Miso Ramen (780 yen including tax). It was crunchy and had plenty of green onions on it, making it a nice flavor to eat alternately with the rich ramen soup. All of them were written as hot water soup, so they were quite rich and relaxing. I ran out of onions halfway through, and I was getting a little tired of the slow soup, so I added chili oil and ate it. As someone who likes Kitakata and Sano ramen, I thought it would have been difficult in the second half if they had boiled eggs and chashu pork here. I also had a little bit of the Kokuuma vegetable ramen, and it was a rich soup that contained merian oil and even more garlic. This restaurant is recommended for people who like rich food. It was mid-afternoon, but there were some people waiting in line to go home. I think it's a good idea to plan on waiting a little while.
