Although it is a one-off operation, the owner's polite and attentive work is evident in his customer service and food, and you can really feel his personality. In addition to light ramen, rich paitan ramen has also started, and recently salt ramen and tsukemen have also started, making them even more appealing. The hanging grilled chashu bowl is also an exquisite dish. Miyabibuta's char siu noodles are sometimes available for a limited time, so this is also a menu item you can't miss. The landmark is the flag of Miyabibuta. Don't miss the Autumn/Winter Menu's dried sardines and raicho.

Visited again on Wednesday at 11:40, 2 previous customers. I ordered Raicho (back oil dried sardine ramen) for 850 yen. Medium-thick straight noodles, soy sauce soup, plenty of back oil, char siu, seaweed, green onion, onion, and menma. It looked like a thick soup, but it wasn't as harsh as the dried sardines, and instead had the sweetness of the soy sauce, which made it delicious. When I left the store, 4 people entered the store. Visited again and ordered char siu salt ramen for 1050 yen. It's definitely delicious. I visited again, had the noodles replaced with thinner noodles, and ordered the light soy sauce for 750 yen. This was my first visit to Takemiya, which was recommended by a yakitori restaurant I frequent, and I got a simple soy sauce dish for 750 yen. The soup was dark in color but sweet, and the medium-thick straight noodles, boiled char siu, hung char siu, menma, spinach, green onions, and onions were very delicious. I tried a little of my companion's light salt soup and it was delicious. The noodles become straight thin noodles. I will visit again due to their thorough work. I visited again and received 750 yen for salt. The soup is made with a lot of chicken oil, but like soy sauce, it has no unpleasant aroma and has a sweet taste. The noodles are straight and thin, and the ingredients are the same as soy sauce.I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of the spinach. Even if it's a regular serving, there's a lot of noodles and the price is reasonable. I will try other ramen as well. I visited again and received Nikuwantanmen (salt) for 900 yen. Salt ramen with smooth, umami-filled ingredients is well-balanced and delicious.

I went for the first time and it was delicious. I heard that salt is delicious, so I ordered a special salt ramen and a char siu rice bowl. The salt ramen was absolutely delicious. The char siu rice bowl was a little dry and had a light taste and no punch. That's a shame. Next time I will try soy sauce!
