Otawara, Tochigi, Japan｜麺屋たか

I have tried many dishes here, most of the time were tsukemen, and none of them let me down. The taste just perfectly fits between the noodles and the soup :). There is one special type of tsukemen (with oyster) that they serve only 20 bowls per day as in the picture I post here. I need to try that too :). If I have time, I want to try every single dish they serve here. Even when I usually have to wait 15-20mins before I can enter, but it really doesn't matter, because I forget about it after the super delicious meal. ;)

This place it's simple my favorite in Japan. I come once per week. Triple soup tsukemen is perfect.
