I was able to be seated in about 15 minutes with two groups waiting. The store was clean and the staff were quick to move. We ordered the recommended combination (1,170 yen), and after about 10 minutes, the ramen arrived. I could eat delicious Sano ramen in Utsunomiya without going to Sano. Gyoza usually feels about 1.3 to 1.5 times the size served at the store. There is a lot of bean paste inside and it is satisfying to eat. It was a ramen like the basics of Sano ramen. The backfat ramen was light but rich and delicious😋 I added 3 dumplings 🥟, but one was so full that I took it home. Handmade chili oil is also delicious

When I asked about what I couldn't eat, they gave me a pack so I could take it home. Kind and gentle store clerk. If I have a chance to come to Utsunomiya again, I definitely want to come again.
