Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan｜Yokohama Iekei Ramen Itabashiya

Amazing. Lived in Japan for over 7 years and have had tonkotsu everywhere possible. Rarely give more than 6 or 7 out of 10, but here is a solid 10. You can basically get it made the way you want with toppings you want, and NO SMOKING!! Best ramen in Utsunomiya, hands down.

Amazing ramen, will always come back here when I visit. Great tonkatsu base and amazing noodles. Must eat: ーらーめん ーチャーシュー丼
