More Comments at Google MapThe portions are insane. I really recommend getting the mini size. The restaurant is owned and operated by only one man, so his pace is the pace you get your food.
I have no idea what everyone is dissatisfied with. The flow lines were easy to understand and there were no instructions from the store, so it was clear and comfortable: enter when someone came out, sit down when someone was available, and call when someone came. Do I need to ask the shopkeeper anything?
Photo [Mini ramen] There seem to be only two types of menu: mini ramen for 650 yen and small ramen for 700 yen. Suzui seems to line up outside and buy a meal ticket when she gets inside. Take a seat in order, place your meal ticket on the counter, prepare water, etc., and wait. When the owner comes to ask you what you like, you tell him what you would like to add: garlic, oil, or karame. It seems that garlic, oil, and karame are not included by default. The photo shows mini ramen with cole, garlic, oil, and quail toppings for 100 yen in cash. Even the mini version has a decent amount, but it's a little smaller than other famous stores. The very rich soy sauce has a strong sharp and sweet taste, and it has plenty of oil and is just the right amount of heavy. It's insanely delicious. For most Jiro-style restaurants, I feel like I'm done eating all the noodles, but the ramen here makes me want to drink all the soup. The noodles are also very appealing, and you won't get tired of eating them, which I think sets them apart from other restaurants. Even if you are full, you will want to eat more. That's excellent.
