I tried ramen, but personally the spicy ramen was excellent. It has just the right amount of spiciness, and I love how it goes well with toppings such as cabbage, green onions, and spinach. My father likes ramen + tabletop ginger. A friend recommended that the miso tonkotsu and the garlic and ginger taste strange. It's a style that you buy with a meal ticket and give it to the clerk, but I think that the waiting time is short even if you go there because the turnover rate is very good. Since it is a neighborhood, I would like to take care of you from now on. If I tell my juniors at work about Genkiya, they will come back about twice a week with the scent of garlic!

Ramen is delicious. I go there about once a month. It's not too greasy and the noodles and soup go well together. It's fun to be able to change the flavors yourself, and the staff at the restaurant are natural and welcoming. However, the music is quite loud, so I think it would be easier for older generations to enjoy the music if the volume could be lowered a little.
