I like the Takesue series and go to many different stores, but the main store is my favorite! I ate the second one! I finished the soup. It's rich but easy to eat! It's not thin at all! The mini chashu rice bowl is also delicious! Next time I want to go to Uokamage Soba.

The founder is a fan of Eikichi Yazawa, and Ei-chan's songs echo throughout the store. I used to listen to it a lot when I was younger, so it's not harsh on my ears. Speaking of the main ramen, I ordered the lunch-only ``Nidaime Kuro'', and it was very delicious, similar to Kumamoto's charred garlic pork bone ramen. There are many other types of ramen based on soy sauce, miso, etc., so I'd like to come back to try another type of ramen.

I happened to pass by this evening and ate there. There were several benches outside, so there was probably a line for lunch. Since it was a Sunday night, I was lucky to get in without lining up. It's been a long time since I was impressed with the taste of ramen from the first bite. This is delicious. It's about a 3 hour drive away, but I might go there again.
