It contains pork bones that aren't too smelly, a little bit of seafood, and some fat, but not too much, and the amount is average. The chashu is very soft and delicious. The flat noodles are thin, and the thick noodles are about the size of regular medium-thick noodles. Chinese noodles are made with the fat removed and made lighter.
