I had eaten spicy miso ramen with Sichuan pepper at a similar restaurant in Kamimikawa, so I decided to try this place again, hoping to get that stimulation again. I wanted to try the miso ramen, which is the signature menu here, but I chose the miso tsukemen, half-fried rice, and gyoza that were posted in front of me. I was surprised when I saw the half-fried rice that arrived first. Although it was half-fried rice, it was a serious fried rice that didn't cut corners at all. Serious fried rice is really delicious! If this was the case, I should have had a large serving of fried rice instead of tsukemen. The fried rice was as delicious as I thought it would be. I'm sure I'll visit again. When I passed by the store today for the first time in a while, the parking lot was empty, so I was drawn in. Even though it's a ramen shop, I chose fried rice and gyoza instead of noodles. As expected, it was absolutely delicious. I'm currently on a diet, and I'm only eating Kin Ramen, Kin Udon, and Kin Fried Rice, but I ate them all. This is a famous fried rice restaurant!
