I went there on April 24th. Last year, there was a crowd of people and cars in front of a private house (which I thought was a shop), and after some research, I found out that there was a ramen shop there. About a year later, I was finally able to visit. Now it's a complete reservation system for business only once a month. The business days and reservation method will be announced on the owner's blog or twitter. The ramen has a light soy sauce flavor. It was one of the best tasting ramen I have ever eaten. The menu at this time was only normal and large ramen, and they did not do gyoza. I also wanted to try gyoza.

First of all, how is your father? Everyone is serious and clean. Char siu has loin and roses. You can choose either. You can also choose sirloin and roses for Chagyokudon. I like wasabi. Gyoza is also delicious. The soup has a simple soy sauce flavor that you will never get tired of. However, I would be very happy if the char siu of the rice bowl was served slightly warmed. It is a shop that I want to visit again.

The homemade noodles are chewy and go great with the soy sauce flavored soup. They are also particular about the pork, green onions, and bamboo shoots, and they are delicious. It's open once a month, so it's crowded, but I look forward to eating there every month. I love soy sauce ramen
