I get the impression that the menma, green onion pork, and boiled egg have been carefully selected. For ramen, I had Chinese soba (soy sauce) and chicken paitan. The Chinese noodles are also solid and delicious, but the chicken paitan is recommended. Although it is a rich soup, it is not too heavy and you can enjoy it till the end. The ingredients, onions, green onions, and yuzu, do a good job. The staff at the store are also lively and pleasant. This is a recommended ramen restaurant.

Otawara is the number one producing town in Japan for chili peppers, so I was looking for something spicy and found this shop. Ordered ripe chili tomato ramen with spicy fried chicken, gyoza, and chashu rice bowl. The ramen had the perfect amount of sweetness from the tomatoes and spiciness from the chili peppers.It was like an Italian tomato pasta, it was very rich and I could feel the flavor of the tomatoes. The Santa fried chicken is well marinated, and the flavorful meat juices come out from behind the crispy batter. It's a bit spicy, perhaps because chili peppers are added during pickling, but it goes well with the sweet sauce on top, making it a complete rice thief. The filling of the gyoza looked like chicken, but this one was a little different, with a firm texture and seasoning similar to Shumai. Why mustard? That's what I thought, but I was really impressed by how delicious it was. The char siu rice bowl also has plenty of green onions in a sweet sauce, and when you eat it with plenty of Otawara chili peppers on the table, it is also so delicious that you can't resist it. It was my first time at a restaurant, but it's been a long time since I've found a restaurant where everything is delicious. I would like to come back again next time with my children lol
