I came here because I wanted to eat something hearty! You can choose the amount of vegetables, noodles, and toppings, so I thought it would be nice to change it up depending on my mood that day 👍️ There were various free toppings, but since it was my first time, I left it as is. It was delicious✨

I forgot to take a photo m(_ _)m The store staff is also friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I go there many times because I like the taste. I'm glad there's a Jiro-style ramen restaurant in Otawara. Personally, I would be even happier if I could make garlic paste. I would be happy if there was a new menu like tsukemen or no soup.

The soup is getting more and more delicious. I really like it. Personally, it's an OK shop. It's Jiro type, but I think it's easy to eat. It's been a long time since I've eaten Jiro style food. I ate an extra serving of ramen, but there was enough bean sprouts on top. The backfat is flavorful and goes well with the vegetables. Although the amount of noodles was small, I was satisfied with the fluffy thick noodles. I wish it were softer...the pork is firmer and has a stronger flavor than it looks, so I didn't add more. I wonder if there are few quail. There was plenty of garlic, and I had a quiet time afterwards. The soup is a little sweet, which I personally like. It was good because it wasn't too salty. If you don't have enough, please use the table top. I wonder if the pepper and curry powder were on the table. They also have mazesoba and rice, so I'd like to try both.
