When I was in Otawara looking for a place to eat near Tokotoko, a cute restaurant name caught my eye. The name is "Ramen Tanpopo" Dandelion is also a hiragana name, which gives it a gentle feel. Although the store is small, it naturally lowers the hurdles for entering the store for the first time. In front of the store's entrance, there is an introduction to the menu of ramen, gyoza, and yakisoba. It felt a little chaotic, but I couldn't help but feel the extraordinary commitment of the owner when he said that his ``natural low GI, low fat ramen'' was huge. Although the number of seats is small, the layout has counter seats, table seats, and raised seats that can accommodate all types of customers. The customer service is courteous, with the staff promptly preparing tea for you as soon as you take your seat. When I looked closely at the menu, I noticed that they seemed to be particular about the ingredients used, and that they were promoting their products as being additive-free and chemical-free. I was having a hard time deciding between yakisoba or ramen, but since it was my first visit, I ordered the signature menu, ``Tanpopo Ramen'' (730 yen) and ``5 Taisho Gyoza'' (390 yen). The name given to the gyoza here is ``Taitasho'', but I never expected such a name to be used. .. .. This is funny. The price of ramen is a strange system that changes depending on the day and night, but you can get it cheaper during the day. When ordering Nao Tanpopo Ramen, you can choose between soy sauce or miso. This time I chose soy sauce. The gyoza arrived about 10 minutes after ordering. Appetizing golden brown gyoza. You can see that it's grilled to a crisp and that the fire is well-cooked all the way through. In addition, there were so many ingredients that it was satisfying to eat. When the dandelion ramen was delivered to me, I was surprised by its visual appearance. A large amount of seaweed with plenty of it. Everything seems to be made with seaweed from Hachijojima. The ramen is filled with minerals and has an irresistible aroma from the ocean, and the main point is that it is gentle on the body, as the ingredients are carefully selected. It's also interesting that the egg cut in half looks like the face of a smiling person. The noodles are also made with carefully selected ingredients, using domestic wheat and whole grains to create thin, curly noodles that are easy to eat. It also goes perfectly with soup. Even though I couldn't stop using my chopsticks and no one was chasing me, I finished the meal in no time. I noticed that the person sitting next to me was ordering a levanilla set meal. There's a wide variety of menu items, including ramen, yakisoba, and set meals, so it's fun to come back again and again. I think I'll order Hikari Yakisoba next time. I'm really looking forward to it because I heard that they use commercial-grade bulldog sauce. Thank you for the meal! !

Mr. Tanpopo is a friend's regular, and it was my first visit to the noodles at a dinner party that also served as a year-end party. First, stir-fried levanilla and stir-fried vegetables. The stir-fried levanilla had the best taste and texture I have ever eaten. That sauce that goes with the thick liver is exquisite! . The seasoning of the stir-fried vegetables is so modest that you won't get tired of it, so you can naturally have another serving! The dandelion ramen that I ate at the end of the meal does not use any additives and the noodles are homemade. It's not the kind of thick nanchara that's popular now, but the Japanese-style dashi itself. It's not the umami of chemical seasonings, but it's full of the umami of the ingredients, so you'll be happy with the peace of mind that you can eat as much as you want! The next New Year's party will also be held at Tanpopo! www

It was my first time visiting. Special noodles! It was delicious (^^) It's like a cross between ramen and soba...it's an indescribably strange feeling!!Personally, I think I'll be addicted to it! The refreshing taste of Yakisoba is also good! I want to try different menus, so I'm sure I'll come back (^^)
