More Comments at Google MapOn my second visit, I had the salt of kombu water tsukemen. This is also delicious. There was also a limited menu at night. For the first time, I got the recommended kombu water tsukemen. Thick, straight kombu-water tsukemen with a strong waist. I met delicious ramen after a long time.
September 18, 2020 Ramen Mizuna Kelp water tsukemen Green onion chashu bowl set Dressed balls Homemade Catalana (Ice Pudding) order First visit I've been interested in this store for a while. Kelp water tsukemen The noodles are thick and chewy, soaked in kelp water 🌊 The chashu is rare and delicious 🐷 The restaurant's recommended way to eat it is to eat it with salt, ginger, and wasabi on a separate plate before dipping it in the dipping sauce. Both ways of eating it were delicious, and I was glad I could change the taste ︎💕︎ The green onion chashu bowl is full of green onions 👍✨ Dressed balls are delicious as is and have enough saltiness. Ice pudding has a good balance of bitterness and sweetness👍💗 Thank you for the meal😋🍴🙏🏻
I received chicken soba for 800 yen and marinated egg for 250 yen. As of 2023, this is my favorite ramen. ☆Soup A rich and sweet soup. It tastes right in the middle. Squeezing lemon for garnish makes it refreshing and very good. However, it has a strong salty taste, so if you drink it all, it might be bad for you. (I drank it all) ☆Noodles Slightly thinner, slightly less water-added, straight noodles. It has a chewy texture that doesn't lose to the richness of the soup, and it's the best. ☆Ingredients Thinly sliced pork and chicken breast cooked at low temperature. It's a common feeling, but I think it's enough considering the price. ☆ Dressed noodles It has a salty taste and has fishmeal, which gives it a strange taste when added to soup. Although the soup has a strong flavor to begin with, the marinated egg is also salty enough, so adding it to the soup might be a bit too salty. I might just want a replacement ball.
