More Comments at Google MapI had a small bowl of ramen with less vegetables, more garlic, and more pork. The soup is emulsified and has a mild taste instead of the feeling of soy sauce. The noodles have a G-like texture and are very chewy. Vegetables are bean sprouts and cabbage. It's good to have a little kuta. The pork was thick, large, and tasted very good. If it wasn't a continuous meal, I wanted to eat medium (500g of noodles after boiling) and normal vegetables (I think there are about 300g of noodles after boiling even in small). The price is 650 yen, and even if you add pork, it will be 100 yen more, so I thought that both cost performance and taste were wonderful. However, it can't be helped, but it's crowded. I went there after seeing a tweet saying that there weren't many lines today, but I still waited about 40 minutes. In winter, line up to protect yourself from the cold.
Two hand-made flames. The highest peak of Jiro style 😄 I always enjoy the handmade noodles, rich pork soup, and daily specials. The customer service is also good, and it is popular among women as it does not have the overbearing, intimidating customer service that is common in Jiro-style restaurants. If you come to Nasu on a trip, how about having Homura during the day and then eating at the reins at night (lol)?
A valuable restaurant where you can eat inspired dishes in Nasu, which only sells Shirakawa ramen. We had a lively conversation with the friendly store manager. I prefer firm noodles with a strong flavor and a soup that is not too greasy or too salty. There are 300g, 500g, and 1000g noodles to choose from, so those who want to eat a lot can rest assured.
