The store doesn't have any signboards or curtains, so at first glance it looks like a detached house. There was no line at the front, but there were people waiting inside the store, and when I looked at the reception desk, there were 5 groups waiting. I entered my name and waited about 30 minutes to be seated. I ordered the special Chinese noodles, it arrived in about 10 minutes, and the soup was delicious with a soy sauce base. The noodles are curly and a little hard, but they mix well with the soup. It's even more delicious when eaten with green onions on the table. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived 10 minutes before opening on Sunday in June, and was the third group. Conveniently located on a back street with a spacious parking lot. Write your name and number of people on the board at the storefront and wait. When the opening time comes, you will be guided inside the store. The inside of the store is a little dark because of the fluorescent lights. It is spacious and the seats are well spaced, giving you a sense of security. Order the special Chinese soba, I was told that "I might have to wait a little because it is a two-person system," but the ramen arrived in about 10 minutes. clear soup, The medium-thick noodles are curly and chewy. 3 types of char siu (belly, thigh, and shoulder loin), Boiled eggs and kaiware are good. The soup is the type where the umami comes later. Wonton with big ears is delicious with the soup. The chopped onion topping on the table is good. The aroma and sweetness of the onion adds a change. The char siu was impressive with roses. For me, who likes light ramen like Kitakata ramen, this is my favorite flavor. I would like to visit the head office in Shirakawa someday.

My favorite ramen shop was closed, and I've been wandering around looking for delicious char siu noodles for over a year. Today I felt happy when I was stuffing my mouth with ramen for the first time in a while. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you for providing delicious ramen (*^_^*) I will go to feel happy again ♪
