It was my first time, with a friend, to eat ramen in Kabe, Asakita-ku. We found this shop through Google Map. We tried their Tonkutsu Ramen and Fried Rice, just for ¥900 only. I could say it’s reasonable and gratifying. I’ll be back, recommend this to my friends, and colleagues. It has a good ambiance.

I used it when driving. I received a large serving of char siu noodles + char siu toppings. The pork bones were cooked for two days, so the soup was thick and I really liked it. The noodles were medium-thin, firm, and smooth, and I thought they were well balanced against the rich soup. The chashu was so tender that it fell apart when I picked it up, and the rich flavor made me want more rice.
