The taste was amazing! The soup was just right and I could finish eating it all. I ordered B lunch set (Ramen with small fried rice) and it costed 1,180 yen. This restaurant also has some izakaya menu. I’ll definitely go there again to try Sake as well 🫰

The name of the restaurant is not lacking in ingenuity, but the ramen with multiple soups has a wide variety of seasonings, and the lunch set fried rice is also highly complete! There was a parking lot for 2 cars next to the shop and 1 car in front of the shop. It is a shop where a popular shop in Kabe has moved. Since it's my first time, I ordered a B set that added chashu to pork bone soy sauce ramen, which seems to be the basics, and added mini fried rice. I don't know if you are from here, but you can feel Okinawan elements here and there in the store. Soy sauce pork bone ramen feels like a new genre of ramen rather than Hiroshima-style, and the combination of creamy soup and slightly yellowish straight noodles with kansui is a great match. Adding grated garlic on the table will make the soup even richer and upgrade! The char siu is also well seasoned and juicy, and I think it goes well with this soup, but I'm curious about what happens with other soups. Of particular note is the fried rice, which is well seasoned and crispy, and of very high quality. Recently, even at long-established restaurants, you may be surprised to see them coming out of a heat-retaining jar or chilled, but here, despite the mini size, the frying pan was shaken well and cooked. . Adding char siu is a little expensive, so if possible, I would be happy if the price was less than 1,000 yen together with ramen. All the other customers seemed to have their own tastes, and they ordered the seasoning of their favorite soup, so next time I would like to try a different soup. It seems that the restaurant is managed by one person, so if you put the dishes back in place after you finish eating, the next person will be able to use it comfortably.

I ordered tonkotsu soy sauce ramen for 660 yen in noodle style. A piping hot soup filled with thin straight noodles and the flavor and sweetness of pork bones. This felt like Hiroshima ramen. I think the taste is as good as the famous restaurants. It was so delicious that I wanted to have a second bowl with the extra egg and bean sprouts.
