I had a hard time with the ticket vending machine not recognizing the 1,000 yen bill, but I managed to issue a ticket with another bill. The interior of the restaurant, which has 8 seats at an L-shaped counter and 2 tables for 2 to 4 people, has a simple interior and a clean feel. A quick-cooked bowl is piping hot and has a unique aroma that stimulates your appetite. The salty soup is very flavorful and has a quality that I have never tasted before. (⊙⊙)!! It was so delicious that I almost drank it all before trying another. (•ᴗ•; ) Are the noodles whole grain? It has been boiled to a firm consistency, and when you bite into it, it has a crunchy texture that is very enjoyable, and it also goes down smoothly. (≧∇≦)b The chashu is lightly seasoned so it doesn't interfere with the soup, making it juicy and tender. The hotter the steam, the more chewy the kaedama becomes and the more satisfying it is to eat. I tried different flavors in that order: yuzu pepper, fish powder, and black pepper, and all of them were delicious because the base soup was of high quality. I think the special salty ramen is a very complete bowl. (๑>ڡ<๑) Although we were the first to open, more and more people came, and the parking lot quickly filled up. (°o°)

I went with my family and ordered char siu soy sauce, salt, and char siu rice bowl. I liked all of them and they were the best. Soy sauce is a rich soup with a sweet sauce. It's not heavy, but the punch of umami is amazing. And the politeness of grilling it well before putting it on. The salt is light, but the umami of the chicken oil is very nice. I think it's wonderful that the char siu is chicken char siu and changes depending on the taste. The char siu rice bowl also has a sweet and salty sauce that goes well with rice, and the rice is delicious. There is no menu that exceeds 1000 yen with this quality. It's amazing. I want to conquer all menus.
