I came here after hearing a rumor that a ramen shop had opened on the site of a high-end bakery. I ordered the recommended hot water rich salt ramen and the truffle-scented beef tongue bowl. It was very delicious. Recommended ways to eat the food were also written on the counter. I would like to try a different ramen next time.
