Hiroshima, Japan｜三代目 仙八来々軒

I'm vacationing for a month in Japan and this is hands down the best ramen I've ever ever eaten both in the states, and in Japan. The broth is super rich and flavorful, more so than any other ramen I have had. The noodles are cooked perfectly, and the eggs are golden orbs of flavor, also perfectly cooked. The very friendly staff who helped us plan our trip when we foolishly arrived during the g7 summit were very polite and gave us advice to navigat the streets. 10/10 a must visit ramen shop with amazing owners, perfect, rich ramen, and cheap prices. I even returned the next day to get another bowl. And I will probably come back at least once more before I leave Hiroshima. Again, 10/10 art in a bowl.

Best ramen I’ve ever had in Japan. More than 30 days here already. Just perfect. Simple and tasty.
