I visited with a friend a little after the lunch peak. Still, there was a light line. It's a really popular store. If there is a waiting list, purchase a meal ticket first and then wait in line. There are also pop-up signs posted outside the store with instructions on how to call, which is a nice design and gives a sense of motivation (?). I didn't have to worry too much about waiting time because the turnover was fast and the operations and response were good. There are sheets of paper and menus with call instructions posted on the seats. Self-service water is available near the ticket machine. This time, I ordered 400g of pork ramen, without garlic, and with Karame of Yasai Aburashi. It's a nice volume The slightly chewy bean sprouts are mixed with the strong-tasting oil, making it delicious from the first bite. The noodles have a satisfying texture that satisfies your sense of fullness. And since it was pork ramen, it came with a huge piece of chashu and it was amazing. This char siu is richly seasoned and packed with the deliciousness of the meat. I was full and it was great. The staff was having friendly conversations with the regular customers, and I realized that this is a popular restaurant not only because the ramen is delicious, but also because everyone is happy through delicious ramen. This ramen shop is highly recommended for those who want to eat a filling Jiro style ramen! !
