Hadano, Kanagawa, Japan｜濃厚家・秦野店

As a Yokohama Iekei ramen, there is Machida Shoten, but as Hadano, I often use the Nokoya, which opened earlier. Even if you go here at lunchtime, there is a free half-rice service, and the topping of seaweed is soaked in the soup and eaten by wrapping the rice. The photo shows the topping of raw cabbage, but if you eat the rich soup as a chopstick rest, your chopsticks will progress even more. For free toppings, you can add chopped onions, mushrooms mixed with chili peppers, and chili bean sauce to your liking. If you run out of noodles, you can add vinegar to make the rich soup a little refreshing, so please try this as well. I've been able to eat Chinese ramen Izumo ramen since last year, so I'd like to try it next time.

In the snow!! ️The store I go to was closed, so I remembered visiting it before and came to the store.⤴️Chinese soba Izumo!! ️😅, oh my ⤴️ For now, ❗️ I bought special backfat Chinese noodles for 1,300 yen and fried gyoza for 380 yen from a vending machine and ordered them 🎵 It looked dark⤴️, but It’s so light when you eat it!! ️ Accented with backfat and pork char siew 🤩 The ginger flavor of the wontons is delicious, but the gyoza doesn't have much garlic, so you can taste the vegetables in your mouth. The purpose has changed and new discoveries have been made⤴️ The lady at the shop is giving me a tea to cleanse my palate⤴️I wonder if it's a little bit of barley tea⁉️

There are some shops in Hadano run by famous chains, but I prefer this one over those. During the daytime hours (until 3pm?), a small bowl of rice is free (50 yen for a standard size), and the soup is rich and delicious, just like the name suggests. I would definitely recommend it to others.
