It's been a long time since I've had a complete soup and I'm sure I'll come back again. The soup has a deep fish and shellfish soup stock, and I don't think any chemical seasonings are used. The Kujo green onions are also fresh and have an addictive texture. The fried chicken in the set is freshly fried and crispy, and at 180 yen for two, it's the best value for money.

I received the fried seafood salt ramen set! It's delicious right down to the final chazuke, and on rainy days you get a free extra or large serving, so it's highly recommended!

The parent company runs an izakaya in the city, and they have turned it into a specialty store for the ramen 🍜 they serve there. The salt ramen made with plenty of Hatsukaichi Kujo green onions grown in Hatsukaichi was extremely delicious! The fried chicken has a homemade feel and tastes like home. Tsure's soy sauce ramen was also delicious. Repeat is confirmed.
