Okayama, Japan｜Osama Ramen

My first favorite Ramen shop in Okayama. I always visit here when I come back. You may think their Ramen is a little but salty, and a little bit oily on the surface of the soup. You may think this ramen is not perfect, but for me it tastes amazingly good.

It has a good balance and the soy sauce is not too strong and is very delicious. I have nothing to say. I'm addicted and I can't get out of it. If you notice it, you'll want to eat it... No, I'm definitely going to eat it. Needless to say, it's Tenjin-style, but I prefer this one. Everyone likes it!

I came to the prefectural office for lunch and happened to enter, and it was my first big hit in a while. It's delicious. It was lighter than it looked and the soup was delicious. Plus, kamaboko is good!
