It was my first visit! The tonkotsu ramen was rich but not smelly and very delicious!

Visited at 12:00 on August 23, 2019. I came to the store because I really wanted to eat tonkotsu ramen. He greeted me and opened the door. First experience at a ramen shop. Good impression. It was a little crowded at lunch time, but it came out immediately after ordering. I'm from Kyushu and I'm satisfied with the taste. A little darker, though. My throat is dry. It was new that even though it was a tonkotsu ramen, it contained backfat. I also like that you can choose the amount of back fat and the type of noodles (thin or curly).

I love the rich and sophisticated tonkotsu ramen that doesn't have the sense of innocence that is common in chain stores and the strange quirks that are common in private stores. I am a big fan of mustard greens in particular.
