More Comments at Google MapI came here because I wanted to be in the best condition. I ordered Kokushi Musou Half, which is a little more luxurious than Viet Cong Ramen, without the spiciness, and with harder noodles! First of all, the soup is very nutritious and delicious with a soy sauce base that is not transparent! Kokushi Musou has too many vegetables for me, so half is just right. (Although it's still quite a large amount) It's a double punch of melting garlic and chopped garlic, and it's delicious when eaten with vegetables! ️ It seems to be healthy as you can eat lots of garlic, bean sprouts, chives, pork belly, Chinese cabbage, and bamboo shoots, and the medium-thin straight noodles are chewy and go well with the soup. Hard noodles are recommended because there are a lot of vegetables and it takes a long time to eat the noodles. There are no counter seats inside the store, and it has a family-restaurant layout, but it was spacious and comfortable even for solo customers. When I go to Kamogata area, I will definitely come back again. It was delicious, thank you for the meal 🙏
Today's lunch is Viet Cong Ramen. However, it seems to be an abbreviation for Best Condition Ramen, not Vietnam Echinan 🇻🇳 ramen. It opened on Route 2 in Kurashiki City a few months ago, but every time I pass by, it's packed and there's a line outside. I had given up, but for some reason it was empty today, so I decided to pop in. This is my first Viet Cong ramen. When I take a sip of the soup, I feel nostalgic. It tasted like bean sprout soba made with stir-fried bean sprouts and vegetables that I ate in my childhood! ! I ate it all while remembering something! ! It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal. I want to come back to eat again. #Viet Cong Ramen
I had the Viet Cong ramen. The noodles are medium-thin straight, chewy and delicious. Is the soup based on pork bones and chicken bones? Mild soy sauce flavor. This, with plenty of fried garlic, bean sprouts, and other vegetables, was a very good combination. I ended up adding a replacement ball that I hadn't planned on. The restaurant is large and has many tables that seat four people, making it safe for families.
