Satosho Town, Okayama, Japan｜Hachiban Ramen - Satoshō

The fried rice was my favorite and did not disappoint. I'm still out hoping to get the recipe on that magical rice. Anyone? What's the name of that enchanting flavor? I hope to return there soon and try the ramen. Great job.

I've come again, 8th Ramen ♪ This time it's the Satosho branch. I usually tend to accompany gyoza, but this is the first fried rice set. The orthodox Chinese fried rice with lard has a gentle taste and you can have as much as you want 🥰 The ramen is miso flavored! Aroma of stir-fried vegetables, richness of miso, and curly thick noodles. It fits~♪ Stable taste! Kanazawa's soul food! ! I didn't order gyoza, but I wanted to taste the sauce of Ono soy sauce with a bit of gyoza sauce. Ufufu~ Delicious♪ I'm very satisfied again this time, Tom Yum Goong Ramen will be served in July! I'm looking forward to the 8th limited time menu because there is no loss 🤩💯

Personally, my standard menu is to order kara noodles and mini fried rice. Eat this with plenty of vinegar and chili oil. However, after eating the noodles, there will be some vinegar or juice left at the bottom of the plate, so you can eat the fried rice by dumping it in there. That's awesome.
