More Comments at Google MapReview again I had the rich and spicy ramen. The spiciness prevails, and although the richness is diminished, it is extremely delicious. There is no ramen like this nearby, so I would like to recommend it. For comparison, Ryotaro Fukuyama's is about 0.5 spiciness, which might not be enough for those who really like spicy food, but it's just the right amount of spiciness. The noodles were a little different from regular ramen. Regular ramen is a little soft, so I prefer Kocchi's noodles. Then I tried the garlic topping, but it was fried garlic, so it wasn't what I expected. It would be great if they would leave grated garlic for free. The gyoza had a chewy skin and was delicious, but it was a little small. Re-review I received the rich Chinese noodles that I was interested in. It's a rich soup and very delicious. I think garlic would definitely go well with it, but since the topping costs 150 yen, I'm hesitant. I would be happy if they started adding toppings or provided them for free. Also, there are about 9 parking spaces across the road, but I think they could have accommodated a little more if they made some improvements. There were only 5 cars at the store, and if you couldn't park your car, you couldn't stand in line, so many cars had to turn back. Ibara's Ichimatsu's second store? I was curious about this and visited on the opening day. It was crowded after work, but I was able to get a seat at the counter fairly easily. The parking lot is a little small, with only about 5 spaces in front. Since it was the first day of opening, the staff probably weren't used to it yet and seemed busy, but orders went through without any trouble. Unfortunately, they didn't have the pork bones that they had over there, but I ordered the normal Chinese noodles. It tasted like Chinese noodles with chicken soup, so I wasn't really impressed, but I thought it was pretty good for something you can eat in the countryside. Unfortunately, the bamboo shoots (perhaps a recent trend) were too thin and I couldn't really feel the softness of the tips. The char siu was also thin, so it would have been nice if it had a little more volume. The noodles were curly, medium-thick noodles with sharp edges and were delicious. It also went well with the soup. I also ordered fried rice (small), and it was delicious with a strong flavor and a nice texture. I was happy because I don't really have fried rice of this quality, but it was a little salty. Is it too dark for women and children? I thought. I hope it will be improved in the future. The normal ramen wasn't anything special, but the fried rice was delicious, so I gave it 4 stars. When I was leaving, all the staff members greeted me and I was very touched. In addition to fried rice, the side menu included gyoza and fried chicken, and I'm also interested in the rich Chinese noodles, so I'd like to go there again.
New store opened on May 10th in Yakage Town 🎉 It seems to be an affiliated store of the popular Ramen Honpo Ichimatsu restaurant in Ibara City. The exterior of the building is beautiful, and the large signboard of Ippin Kakeya stands out. The parking lot is in front of the store and across the road 🅿️🚗 The inside of the store is spacious, with counter and table seats. Immediately after entering the store, there is a store called ``Ippai Noodle Shop,'' and it seems like the noodles are made there. I ordered rich Chinese soba and karaage rice bowl, and the rice bowl arrived in about 10 minutes 🍜🍚 Although it is a rich soup made from chicken stock, it is relatively light and easy to drink 😋 The noodles are medium thin. The char siu is rare, soft and delicious✨ The karaage rice bowl was a great combination of crispy karaage, sauce, and rice! Thank you for the meal🙏
For the second time, I ordered Chinese soba and Chinese soba pole. They look almost the same. I thought the only difference was whether or not there was backfat, but I felt that the taste of the soup was also different. The first time I used it, it was a spicy ramen, and it was delicious and spicy as expected. The fried rice was also delicious with plenty of roasted pork fillet.
