Visited Jan 17, 2022 at 11am. First of all, it was an incredible shop that was criticized badly on google. In short, the special salt ramen 1050 yen is the most delicious salt ramen in Fukuyama. The temperature of the soup is just before your tongue feels hot. As a salt ramen soup, the impression is that it is a fragrant, high-quality soup with a little punch. Menma, char siu, and boiled eggs are kept fresh, and the aroma of whole wheat noodles is wonderful. I don't think they are skilled enough to serve customers yet, but seeing them working hard makes me want to cheer them on. I think that the delivery speed is also quite fast. We see the darkness in society these days, but some of the posts that have been criticized by Mr. Kazuyoshi on the web are likely to be malicious sabotage posts. In a few more months, I think that my customer service skills will increase and I will be able to acquire the personality of a ramen shop that represents Fukuyama. Personally, I was a fan of Mr. Kazuyoshi from Kawaguchi-cho, so I would like him to continue to do his best. I recommend it to everyone ^^

I ordered soy sauce ramen and half fried rice. The seasoning was a little strong, but it was delicious! Even though it was a half-fried rice, I ate it all in one go. The staff's customer service was also very nice. Thank you for the meal!
