Soja, Okayama, Japan｜Tsukesoba Yamaimo

Attracted by the name ``Yamaimo'', I visited on a Saturday before 1pm. I was able to be seated without waiting. It's a small shop with two counter seats and a table for two. It was very delicious with plenty of yam, firm noodles, and a strong broth. Unfortunately, there is no parking lot.

The restaurant has table seats and counter seats. I ordered Yamakake Tsukesoba. The dipping sauce has a Japanese-style soy sauce flavor, and the dashi stock from the sardines and bonito flakes makes for a refreshing meal. Chicken chashu and roast beef are moist and delicious😋 Finally, mix the dipping sauce with hot water and drink. It was delicious🎵 Thank you for the meal🙏
