Rokuku Hamado has been serving ramen since early morning. It was just before the end of lunch, and there was only one group of customers ahead of us. After purchasing the meal ticket, we were guided to the seat of our choice. I ordered the chicken paitan, and my friend ordered the soy sauce, and the rice bowl arrived within a few minutes😄 First of all, I was impressed by the carefulness of the arrangement and the clean workmanship. The staff's customer service is perfect and the food is served quickly. For those who like the most important taste, ❔ We ate the noodles, and the first thing we opened was the two of us together. Yummy🤯 Both Paitan and Iriko were very particular about the soup stock, and I was impressed by the taste, which shows the care taken by the owner, who spares no effort and expense. 🎊 To be honest, it may be a taste that differs in taste, but the two of us are hooked on it, and it's a straight one with a high middle 💯 The store is new and clean, but more than that, the kitchen, customer seating, restrooms, parking lot, etc. are well-maintained both inside and outside the store, giving it a clean feel. A affiliated store of Hamando, a famous restaurant in Kagawa Prefecture. It is open from 6 a.m. and offers a changing menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I woke up early on Sunday morning and visited after 6am. Even though it was early in the morning, about 10 people had already arrived by the time the 8 previous customers had left. I ordered ``Iriko Soba'', a refreshing and light soup made with dried sardines, without any unpleasant taste or fishy smell. The light umami flavor intertwines with the noodles and is wonderfully delicious. The char siu, seasoned egg, and menma were delicious without any holes, and the fried tofu-like topping soaked up the soup and gave it its own character. I would like to visit this place regularly and try out all the menu items while changing the time of my visit.
