I went to eat when I heard that the restaurant had reopened. I purchased a large portion of Ajitama Soba lunch (1350 yen) with extra char siu (400 yen) using my meal ticket. The moment I drank the soup, I felt like I had been waiting for this moment. The delicious and easy-to-eat soup, well-cooked noodles, and well-balanced ingredients...it was just as delicious as before the closure. The rice that comes with lunch changes the ingredients daily. Will it be chicken with gochujang on this day? The rice went well with its spicy taste. The staff kindly allowed me to take photos of the ramen, and when I left, they all said thank you, and the atmosphere was great, making me want to come back to eat there again. I want them to continue doing business without overdoing it.

In my opinion, this is the best Chinese soba in Kurashiki 🍜😙👌 Revisited on October 10, 2020 I went to “Kofu Shokudo” which reopened for the first time in 5 years🙆 The chicken stock has the same exquisite flavor as usual, and combined with the wheat-like noodles of Fuji noodles, it is the best Chinese soba with a good balance. I had a blissful time with ramen after a long time 🍜🍴😋👌🎵

It has reopened after a long hiatus. It's really delicious~😋
