Absolutely delicious tsukemen, gyoza, and charsiu rice bowl!

The tsukemen I had before was delicious, but on this day I had salt mixed noodles. The curly, thick homemade noodles were very delicious, and although the flavor was rich, they weren't too salty and were delicious till the very end.

Relaxing Chinese noodles. I always order the soy sauce-based version, and the smooth noodles in the gentle soup stock go down really well.
