I had pork soba for the first time. I'm going to drink more and more soup even though it's rich. The noodles were thick, chewy and delicious. Recommended together with the Naruse family!

A shop I really love. I want to eat it regularly. When I come to Ayu Take-san, I almost always order spicy sardines and dried pork soba. It was delicious today too.

■Revisit in August 2022 I heard that morning ra had been revived, so I went to see it right away. This time I ordered a large size (950 yen) of "Spicy Niboshi Pork Soba". It's spicy, but it's so delicious that you'll want to take one last bite of the soup. The complimentary egg-cooked rice was also delicious. It was a feast! I'll visit you again. It was my first time, but I had prepared for it on the shop's morning ramen Twitter and the master's Instagram, so it was okay. When I bought a ticket for ``Pork Soba Large'' from the ticket vending machine and placed it on the counter, the master came over and politely asked, ``Would you like to have egg-fried rice with it?'' Of course please! The interior of the store has a bright atmosphere based on white. It also feels clean. I borrowed the toilet, and it was also clean. The ramen was thick and flavorful, with a lot of pork and chicken melting into it. However, it was a strange soup that didn't feel sticky at all. The noodles are medium thick and go down easily. I wonder if the reason for the short length is to make it easier to eat. The diced pork belly, wood ears, and plenty of green onions are also great accents. And a lot of seaweed. This tastes so good when you soak it in soup! I regret that I should have left the egg-cooked rice behind. Next time I want to roll it and eat it. Thank you for your meal, I will visit you again!
