I finally visited a famous store that has been around for a long time in Okayama, located along the bypass. The atmosphere inside the store has the feel of a coffee shop, but it is still a ramen shop. The scent of ramen fills the store. This time I received a set of soy sauce ramen and rice. The pork cut into pieces is also thick. Is there a lot of noodles somehow? This is just my personal feeling, but I think it's about 1.5 balls. However...it's delicious. It's so delicious! ! I went there just as the store was opening, but there were already people waiting, and right after the store opened, the store was about 70-80% full. I was curious about the other menu items, so I decided to go again. Thank you for the meal.

My latest ramen craze is Ramen Taro. The chashu is ridiculously delicious and the amount is incredible. I tried miso, salt, and soy sauce, and they were all delicious. I haven't had lemon ramen yet, so I'd like to try it someday. My favorite is miso ramen with a spoonful of garlic and chili peppers, which makes you sweat. Gyoza with garlic has a really dangerous level of garlic taste. There is also a garlic extract. The fried rice is also delicious, so I always order the ramen and gyoza or fried rice set. The menu in the photo is miso ramen (800 yen) and 2 rice balls (150 yen).

This is a ramen shop along the bypass. Their specialty is lemon ramen, which is quite impressive. When people come from outside the prefecture, I often bring them with me. Ramen is very delicious. They bring you a small plate with lemon. If you don't remove the lemon from this small plate at the right time, the soup will become sour and you won't be able to drink it. Please keep in mind that the amount of ramen is a lot even if it is a normal amount. When I got excited and had a large portion, my stomach was so full that it was painful. The price list shows prices including tax. Therefore, the lemon ramen costs 800 yen including tax, so the price is reasonable. The floor inside the store is a little slippery. This is a characteristic of ramen shops that have been around for a long time. Most of these places are delicious, but please be aware that people who like cleanliness will have clear likes and dislikes. Please note that parking is limited. If you come during the lunch time of 12:30, the parking lot is often full and you won't be able to park. Even if the parking lot is full, there is always room inside the store... Because of the location, many people come by car, so I think we have to be careful here. It's large in quantity and delicious. Please definitely try it.
